EIA boasts an extremely well equipped and modern dining facility. It has a seating capacity of up to 200. Plans are in place to increase the capacity to exceed 300. The facility is fully air conditioned. All meals are prepared in the Academy's modern and fully equipped kitchen. The Academy has employed a very professional cooking staff, and the head chef was formerly employed in a number of world renowned 5 star hotels.
The Academy can prepare a variety of menus ranging from Middle Eastern to European cuisine; the preferred choice, all meals are selected from an open buffet.
