Evacuation Procedures

Evacuation Planning

Should the security situation deteriorate rapidly and Corporate Companies or Organizations could be a specific target from any source, there will be little time available for planning an evacuation. Therefore EIA can identify the threat. EIA's experts have the ability with years of experience in this particular field, to compose an Evacuation Plan in detail, decides swiftly that the establishment must be evacuated and an “Emergency Evacuation Procedure” will be activated. Both of these procedures are outlined below.

Deliberate Evacuation Procedure.  A deliberate decision to evacuate will be best made in daylight preferably in the morning. Prior to this decision being made public, all International staff and National staff will be informed to prepare to move to a designated concentration point.

Emergency Evacuation Procedure  If a sudden and immediate threat arises, during working hours, and the Company, in consultation with EIA Planners, on the ground decide to muster all international staff, the position and extent of the threat will dictate where staff should report. Once this has been decided, all staff will be informed accordingly.

Evacuation - Phases
